"Pay for Play" allows you to try out the service before you make a commitment. You are not charged the annual fee until you have been using the service for 60 days. With NO cancellation fee. Pay for Play is ideal for small merchants that want the ability to accept credit cards, but process only a few transactions. No monthly fees -- period. You only incur the discount rate and transaction fees as you have sales. All three plans also come with the ability to add, for additional fees, Amex® and Discover® card acceptance. Amex® and Discover® are subject to separate approval. |

The Service Charge is a monthly fee that includes: Gateway Cost and Set-up, monthly Gateway Fee and Online Statement service. This is included FREE of charge with Pay for Play. Medium-sized merchants like the "Select" Plan as it offers lower discount rates and only has a $9.95 monthly fee that is All-Inclusive. Thee is no monthly minimum. A truly economical way to process credit card payments for small to mid-sized merchants. |

The three-tier system is convenient and flexible. The merchant account dynamically grows according to the seller's needs. Each month the seller receives a statement showing the month's activity and the total fees that would be charged under all three plans. At any time, the seller can upgrade to the next tier.
